Ingredients:

  • 4 cups processed cauliflower
  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 2 cups quinoa flour
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons aluminium free baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Method:

Combine all ingredients into a bowl except the eggs.
When fully combined add eggs.
Roll into balls.
Bake in oven 35-40 minutes.
