Getting the most out of your arrival day

Maximise your stay with us, arrive dressed casually, ideally with suitable walking shoes.

Please plan to arrive between 12noon and 2pm for the first day of your retreat. If you arrive earlier than we suggest, have your comfy clothes and swimmers packed in a handy spot.

You will have access to change room facilities, a relaxation lounge, the exercise room & pool, as well as walks to familiarise yourself with the property.

To start your ‘retreat’ as soon as you arrive, we offer an orientation session and steam room treatments.

Dietary Requirements & Health

Please advise us prior to your arrival of any health related issues that may affect your ability to participate in any activities or any special dietary requirements or food allergies. If there are specific medical requirements that you need during your stay, please let reception know before your arrival so we can inform the naturopaths prior to your consultation.

Free wireless broadband internet is available in every room and public locations. Your room is equipped with a landline phone. Family & friends will be able to contact you via the main reception number +61 7 5485 4344, or they can call you directly in your room or on your mobile.
