Ingredients:
- 4 cups processed cauliflower
- 2 cups almond meal
- 2 cups quinoa flour
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
- 2 tablespoons aluminium free baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon salt
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a bowl except the eggs.
When fully combined add eggs.
Roll into balls.
Bake in oven 35-40 minutes.
