Base Ingredients:

  • 100ml of Cucumber
  • 160ml of Coconut Water
  • 30gm of Beetroot
  • 40gm of Papaya
  • ¾ of an Apple
  • 1 x stick of Celery
  • 1 x tablespoon of Fennel
  • ½ teaspoon of Ginger Juice
  • ½ teaspoon of Lemon Juice
  • 2 x leaves of Kale

Method:

Put all ingredients through juicer and juice.
