Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup coconut threads
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon Living Greens (wheatgrass)
  • ¼ cup (soaked lemon juice) goji berries
  • 2 tablespoons black chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons mixed seeds
  • 1 cup roasted blended mixed nuts (for rolling)

Method:

Blend together in processer quickly.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Form into balls and roll in mixed nuts.
Refrigerate again until set.
