Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- ¼ cup coconut threads
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 1 tablespoon Living Greens (wheatgrass)
- ¼ cup (soaked lemon juice) goji berries
- 2 tablespoons black chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons mixed seeds
- 1 cup roasted blended mixed nuts (for rolling)
Method:
Blend together in processer quickly.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Form into balls and roll in mixed nuts.
Refrigerate again until set.
