Base Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup Roasted Almonds
  • 6 Medjool Dates
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Oil
  • ¼ Cup Cacao Butter

Middle Ingredients:

  • 10 Dates
  • ½ Cup Coconut Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • Vanilla is needed

Top Ingredients:

  • ¼ Cup Cacao Powder
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Oil
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup

Method:

Measure out all ingredients first.
Blend base first in a food processor. Add melted cacao butter last. Press down in 12” x 12” pan and place in the fridge.
Then process middle layer, adding more water is needed to obtain a smooth consistency. Place back in the fridge.
Finally, blend top layer and pour over slice. Let it set for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
