It is advisable to reduce your intake of alcohol, tobacco, caffeine and nicotine and to increase your consumption of water, fruit and raw vegetables prior to your arrival. This will maximise the results that you may achieve during the retreat.

Queensland’s Sunshine Coast Hinterland has a sub-tropical climate with plenty of sunshine year round. Summer temperatures range from 19 to 33 degrees Celsius (66 to 91 degrees Fahrenheit) and Winter temperatures range from an average of 9 to 21 degrees Celsius (48 to 69 degrees Fahrenheit).
